Tip of the Week: We have all arrived at the course, at times, later than we wanted and unable to really practice or warm up. I have found that to help my tempo and relax and get that “rushed” feeling toned down, I putt a few long putts from the edge of one side of the green trying to stop the ball at or near the edge of the other side. |
If there is time, I do this until I feel I have calmed down. This also works with short pitch shots where the drill is to hit the ball squarely. |
